Founded in 2022, the Metro Columbus Hockey League (MCHL) was created to unite youth travel hockey teams from across Central Ohio and beyond in a spirit of high-level competition, sportsmanship, and community. Our mission is to provide a structured and competitive environment where players can develop their skills, build character, and foster a lifelong love for the game.
What began as a vision to enhance local competition has quickly grown into a respected league that showcases the region’s top talent. With a focus on player development, balanced scheduling, and quality officiating, the MCHL offers a platform where teams can thrive and athletes can grow—on and off the ice.
We are proud to support the growth of youth hockey in the Columbus area and remain committed to offering a competitive and collaborative league experience for coaches, players, and families alike.
